TMS Facilities Management began in 2007 at the family coffee table, founded by husband and wife team Michael and Michelle. What started as a small commercial maintenance service has grown into a nationwide facilities management partner, supporting businesses across the UK and Ireland with reliable, multi-trade property maintenance.

Michael, a trained carpenter with a decade of estate agency experience, built the company around one clear belief: commercial clients deserve a facilities partner who is professional, approachable and genuinely invested in their site. As demand grew, the business expanded into additional trades, welcomed specialist subcontractors and evolved into a full commercial FM provider. In 2022, Michelle joined the business full time to support operations, strengthen customer service and help guide the next stage of growth.

Today, TMS Facilities Management delivers a complete range of hard and soft FM services, including roofing, drainage, electrical, fire and security, HVAC, plumbing, building fabric, water management and more. With a dedicated office team of 8 and a vetted nationwide contractor network of more than 1000 specialists, we support retail parks, industrial estates, business parks, service charge providers and multi-site portfolios with reactive repairs, planned maintenance and compliance services. We know how complex commercial maintenance can become when different contractors are involved, which can easily lead to crossed wires and delays. We simplify the process by managing everything through one trusted contact, backed by out of hours availability when issues can’t wait.
